Richard Marotta
CEO

Mr. Marotta has been involved with business system solutions since 1981. He was most recently with Encover, where he helped penetrate the business process outsourcing market with a focus on aligning customer needs with Encover’s solutions. Previously, Marotta created and ran the client integration and professional services teams at InterTrade Systems. Prior to InterTrade, he designed and built the mission critical systems and client integration organization for Rainmaker Systems, which at the time was one of the country's fastest growing private companies. Marotta served on Rainmaker’s senior staff through their IPO, building the systems that enabled ‘the virtual enterprise’ for a fast-growing outsourcer of sales and marketing for high-tech products. His applications have been recognized by INC/Cisco for their innovative use of the Internet for business. Marotta also built and owned a successful sales and consulting company that specialized in designing and building customized systems for a variety of businesses. He earned a BS in Business from Merrimack College.

Michael Singer
Head of Technical Development

Michael has been developing and refining the process of adding automation to high quality manufacturing environments in the imaging field over the past 15 years. As Director of Production and Director of Professional Products at Bellamax over the past 2 years he was responsible for integrating the sales and engineering initiatives with the market requirements for both Bellamax Pro and Upshot product lines.
